Parking
The current design includes 19 onsite parking spaces, ensuring adequate accommodation for all residents, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), who have minimal parking needs. These spaces will also support short-term parking for visitors, service providers, non-IDD residents, and the staff apartment.
While some parking will be removed along Mary Avenue, free parking is conveniently available across the street at De Anza College during Community Festivals in Memorial Park.
